The Chemical Biological Medical Systems Project Management Office of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) has signed a four-year agreement with Cangene Corp. to purchase its Vaccinia Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human) (VIG) for use by U.S. military personnel under the DoD’s Smallpox Immunization Program.The contract is valued at approximately $4.9 million.
